CITY OF HOLLADAY PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING AGENDA June 4th 2019 City Council Chambers - 4580 S 2300 E PRE-MEETING ITEMS 5:30 PM SITE VISITS - If needed, Planning Commissioners and City staff may visit any locations listed on this agenda. 'Sequoia Townhomes' Preliminary Site Plan - 2350 East Murray Holladay Rd (HV zonw) Applicant, Sequoia Development will present preliminary construction plans for a conceptually approved 20-dwelling residential townhome development. 3.
