- The Howell Town Council will hold a public hearing at the Howell Community Center - 16020 N 17400 West, Suite A - June 11, 2019 at 7:15 p.m. for the purpose of amending the FY2019 budget and adopting the FY2020 budget, and for the purpose of adopting the proposed property tax rate of 0.000430 for 2019.
