PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Weber Area Council of Governments will hold a regular meeting in the Golden Spike Event Center Auction Arena, 1000 North 1200 West, Ogden, Utah, commencing at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, June 3, 2019. Social will be from 4:00-4:30 p.m. Regular meeting will begin at 4:30 p.m. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome -Chair Korry Green B. Pledge of Allegiance - Mayor Korry Green C. Invocation - Mayor Lee Dickamore D. Consent Item Request for approval of minutes for the meeting held on May 6, 2019. E. Public Comments (3 minutes each) F. Non-Action Items 1. Presentation from Weber County Fair Junior Livestock. 2. Presentation on the 2019 Weber County Fair. Presenter: Mayor Dickamore 3. Presentation of updated Weber County Organization Chart. Presenter; Commissioner Harvey G. Action 1. Discussion and/or action on an amendment request from Weber County for the 3300 South Corridor Preservation Project. Presenter: Councilman Richard Hyer H. Other I.
