Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCIL shall conduct 6 public hearings as part of its regular council meeting on Wednesday, June 19, 2019 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said Public hearings shall begin at 6:30 p.m. and shall be conducted in the following order: 1. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution opening all of the City 2018/2019 budgets and making interdepartmental transfers and adjustment to balance the budgets. 2. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution setting the salaries and benefits for city employees for 2019/2020. 3. Receive pubic input, then consider for possible adoption a code amendment setting the salaries and benefits of statutory officers and elected officials for 2019/2020. 4. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution adopting the 2019/2020 certified tax rate. 5. Receive pubic input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution adopting the 2019/2020 operating and capital budgets for the General Fund, Capital Projects Fund, Water Fund, Sewer Fund and Storm Water Fund. 6. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution setting the dollar value for the 'Fee in Lieu of Water', dedication transfer upon development and/or subdividing.
