Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Milford City Council will hold a Special Session Tuesday, June 4, 2019. Special Session will be held at the Milford City Office, 26 South 100 West, which shall begin at 8:00 a.m. NOTICE & AGENDA Special Session 1. Discuss and revise the Tentative Budget for FY2019-2020 2. Authorize the mayor to sign sale of property agreements for Parcel 005-0024-0025 (Lewis Addition SID Property) 3. Authorize mayor to sign obligation of funds for the Culinary Water Project from the USDA Adjournment Notice: The City Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of §52-4-204 and §52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended.
