RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 13, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): - Wright Development Group is requesting a rezone of about 2.76 acres located at approximately 4601 West 13400 South. The current zoning is C-PO (Commercial Professional Office) and R-3 (Residential 3 units per acre) the requested zoning is C-R (Regional Commercial). - Riverton City is proposing amendments to the land use code as it relates to accessory dwelling units. - Nina Romrell is requesting a Conditional Use Permit for a Home Based Business for 'The Smart Cookie Academy' an in home preschool to be located at 4881 Cave Peak Drive. - DAI Partners, Jim Giles & Nate Shipp, are requesting changes to the Land Use Code Chapter 18.100 Planned Commercial Center and Chapter 18.90 Table of Commercial Uses.
