- Midway City Board of Adjustment Regular Meeting June 4, 2019 Notice is hereby given that the Midway City Board of Adjustment will hold their regular meeting at 6:00 p.m., June 4, 2019, at the Midway City Community Center 160 West Main Street, Midway, Utah 6:00 P.M. Regular Meeting Call To Order - Welcome and Introductions; Opening Remarks or Invocation; Pledge of Allegiance Regular Business 1. Potential approval of minutes from March 21, 2017 2. Stephen Quesenberry, agent for Jeannette S. Higginson Trust and T & M Holdings LLC, is requesting a variance from Section 16.18.14 (C) regarding private driveways. City code allows five homes to be accessed from one driveway in a rural preservation subdivision, the applicant is petitioning for access to nine homes on one driveway. The property is located at 1170 South Center Street and is in the RA-1-43 zone. a. Report/presentation of proposed variance b. Public hearing c. Discussion of the proposed variance d. Approval/Denial/Continuance 3. Adjournment
