PUBLIC NOTICE* The Oakley City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday June 13, 2019 at 6:00 P.M. in the Oakley City Town Hall at 960 W. Center Street, Oakley, UT. The purpose of the hearing is to discuss, with possible recommendation a Plat Application for amending the Maple Ridge Ranches Subdivision. The proposed change is a lot line adjustment of parcel #MRR-9 and designated open space 1. The subdivision is located in Oakley, UT. Applicants are Jon Wiberg and Jennifer Wiberg. The parcel is zoned SL A-40. Comments on the proposed application may be made at the hearing or submitted in writing to Konni Thompson, Deputy City Recorder, prior to 4:30 P.M. on the day of the public hearing. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this hearing should notify the Deputy City Recorder, Konni Thompson at (435) 783-5734 at least three days prior to the hearing. PUBLIC NOTICE is hearby given that the Oakley City Planning Commission will conduct its regular meeting at the above time and place specified.
