NOTICE TO RECEIVE PROPOSALS FOR FILLMORE CITY FENCE EXTENSION PROJECT Fillmore City Corporation is soliciting a Request for Proposal from qualified fence companies to extend the fence at the Fillmore City Cemetery. The scope of work contemplated under this city funded capital improvement project includes the following: Install fence to match existing fence; to be installed from the main entrance gate south to the southwest corner of the cemetery to consist of an approximate length of 512 feet. Selection will be based on the evaluation of factors including, but not limited to: quality of previous related projects, reputation, background, degree of interest shown, and experience with related work. Statements of Qualification and Experience will be accepted through 2:00 p.m. MDT June 7, 2019 (at this time there will be a public bid opening at the Fillmore City office) and should be submitted to: Kevin Orton, City Recorder Fillmore City Corporation 75 W. Center St. Fillmore, UT 84631 435-743-5233 To be considered for these services, please provide 3 copies of the data requested to the above address in a sealed envelope or package. Proposals should include at a minimum: 1. qualifications and work experience of the firm and personnel assigned to perform the work, 2. familiarity and understanding of the project, and 3. interest shown. Fillmore City reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
