Public Hearing - Conditional Use Permit- Oversized Structure- Jacobson, Layne and Jaimee - 6802 W. 4700 S. (2,500 sq.ft) 3. Public Hearing - Rezone - Shane Turner - R3 to R4 - approx. location 5915 S. 4300 W., (approx. 4 acres) 4. Public Hearing - Final Approval - Ben's Legacy; Two (2) lots, 5984 W. 5600 S., (approx. 1.4 acres) 5. Public Hearing - Final Approval - Brooks Estates Subdivision; Forty (40) lots, 5300 South and 4600 W., (17.6 acres)
