Description/Agenda: NOTICE Advertisement for Proposals for Legal Representation. Glendale Town Corporation located at 90 E Center St. Glendale Utah is seeking proposals from interested attorneys/law firms for legal representation on an as needed basis. Glendale Town is looking to form an ongoing relationship with an attorney whom is willing to serve Glendale Town, on an item by item, representation as needed. Interested parties must be willing to travel periodically to Glendale to meet with both town council and the Planning and Zoning Committee. Potential items requiring legal representation include but are not limited to zoning, land use, ordinance enforcement and other issues that may arise. Please submit fee schedule and proposal to Mayor Kelly Lamb, P O BOX 220, Glendale, UT 84729 no later than 12PM (noon) on Thursday June 20, 2019. All proposals will be reviewed at the regular Town board meeting that date at 7 PM.
