Description/Agenda: A proposal for the creation of an agriculture protection area has been filed with Hooper City. Proposal No. 1: Property owned by Jerry R. Higley, located at approximately 5900 S. 6300 W., Hooper, Utah, Weber County Land Serial Number: 100240007 approx. 39.63 acres. 100250001 approx .74 acres 100240008 approx 13.18 acres 100230009 approx 1.40 acres 100230010 approx 4.0 acres The proposal is available for public inspection at the Hooper City office. Any person or entity affected by the establishment of the area may file, with Hooper City, written objections to the proposal or written requests to modify the proposals to exclude land from or add land to the proposed agriculture protection area. Hooper city will submit the proposals to the City Council for review. Hooper City will hold a public hearing to discuss and hear public comment on: Public Hearing will be scheduled for Thursday, June 20th 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the city office.
