Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF ELECTION IN SOUTH VALLEY SEWER DISTRICT Notice is hereby given that there will be an election in the South Valley Sewer District, which is located in a portion of Salt Lake County and Utah County, Utah, on Tuesday, the 5th day of November, 2019, for the election of one Trustee to a four year term on the District's Board of Trustees ending December 31, 2023. All prospective candidates shall file a declaration of candidacy in person with the District filing officer at the District office at 1253 West Jordan Basin Lane, Bluffdale, Utah not later than 4:30 p.m., between June 3 and June 7, 2019. A candidate must be a registered voter residing within the boundaries of the District and outside the boundaries of Riverton City, Herriman City, Bluffdale City, and South Jordan City. The election will be held in conformity with all applicable elections laws.
