- PUBLIC HEARING FOR BUDGET ADOPTION The Helper City Council will hold a Public Hearing to receive comments on the adoption of the proposed budget for FY 2019-2020. The Public Hearing will be held Thursday June 6, 2019 at approximately 6:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers at 19 South Main Street Helper, Utah. PUBLIC HEARING TO AMEND BUDGET The Helper City Council will hold a Public Hearing to receive comments on amending the budget for FY 2018-2019. The Public Hearing will be held Thursday June 6, 2019 at approximately 6:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers at 19 South Main Street Helper, Utah. PUBLIC HEARING TO TRANSFER ENTERPRISE FUNDS The Helper City Council will hold a Public Hearing to receive comments on transferring $350,000 from the electric enterprise fund to the general fund. This is approximately 32.75% of the electric fund budget for FY 2019-2020. The Public Hearing will be held Thursday June 6, 2019 at approximately 6:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers at 19 South Main Street Helper, Utah. -s- Jona M. Skerl City Recorder
