- Board Meeting Agenda American International School of Utah 4998 South Galleria Drive, Murray, UT 84123 June 4, 2019 @ 5:00 p.m. Welcome - Roll Call (Board members & staff; present & excused) Approval of minutes for April 30th, May 1st and May 8th Board meeting Public Comment (10 minutes) Discussion and Consideration for appointment of new board member (Vote may be needed) Discussion and Consideration of Board Offices (vote may be needed) Update and Discussion of school closure plan Executive Session Closed Executive Session will be held in accordance with the Utah Open and Public Meetings Act for the following or other purposes outlined in the law: 1) to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of individuals; and 2) to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation.
