Elwood Town Council Emergency Meeting April 11, 2019 The Elwood Town Council met at the Elwood Town Hall, 5235 West 8800 North, Elwood, Utah, at 7:00, April 11, 2019. The following members were present consisting of a quorum. Keenan Nelson Mayor Amy Griffin Councilmember Oakley Nelson Councilmember Jon Howard Councilmember Staff present at this meeting Gina Marble Town Clerk Steve Woerner Public Works Director Amy Hugie Elwood Attorney Others present at this meeting Adam Muckelprang- Jay Stocking engineer Dakota Nelson WELCOME ADMINISTRATION Mayor welcomed everyone to the meeting, Item#1 Jay Stocking Elwood Acres-Elevation of the homes in the subdivision- Mayor Nelson welcomed everyone to the meeting. Mayor Nelson turned the time over to Amy Hugie. Amy stated at the April 9 Town Council meeting there was a motion made to amend the Elwood Acres plat map regarding the elevation of the homes. Amy stated that when Mr. Stocking asked to have the subdivision amended he didn't follow the right procedure he didn't file a petition under Elwood Code. The owner must file a petition it must have owners name and signature on it. If there are more than 1 owner on it each owner needs to fill one out and describe what they would like to be changed. Because this did not get done Elwood cannot make the motion to amend the plat map. Amy stated that Jay Stocking has been notified of the meeting tonight. Amy stated that someone needs to make a motion to rescind the motion from April 9, 2019 town council meeting on the Elwood Acres Subdivision. Councilmember Nelson made a motion to rescind the motion that was made on the April 9, 2019 town council meeting regarding the Elwood Acres Subdivision. Councilmember Griffin seconded the motion and the remaining council agreed Councilmember Nelson made a motion to adjourn, Councilmember Griffin seconded the motion and the remaining council agreed.
