- PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Richfield City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 5, 2019, at 6:00 p.m. in the council chambers located at 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah, for the purpose of accepting comments on a preliminary subdivision application filed by KLM Family for Phase 1 Amended and Phase 2 of the Links Subdivision.
