- Public Notice is given that the Richmond City Council will meet in a regularly scheduled meeting at 90 South 100 West, Richmond, Utah, on Tuesday, May 21, 2019. The meeting will begin at 7:00 P.M. Welcome and Opening Ceremonies by Cheryl Peck. 1. Approval of the city council meeting minutes from April 16, 2019 2. Deputy's Report 3. Library Report 4. Business License Request (Richmond Liquor Agency) 5. Discussion and possible vote on Resolution 2019-02, a Resolution accepting a petition for annexation on certain real property under provisions of Sections 10-2-406 and 10-2-405, Utah Code Annotated, 1995, as amended. The parcels being considered for annexation are located at approximately, 150 North 200 West. The Parcel Numbers are 09-046-0013 and 09-051-0011 and total approximately 16.45 acres. 6. Discussion and possible vote on amendments to the Richmond City Manual of Design and Construction Standards. 7. Public Hearing, no sooner than 7:30 P.M., for the purpose of discussing amendments to the Fiscal Year 2019 Budget (July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019). 8. Discussion and possible vote on adjustments to the Fiscal Year 2019 Budget. 9. Monthly financial review with discussion and decisions as necessary. 10. Council Member Reports 11. Mayor's Report Pay Bills Adjourn
