Description/Agenda: FFL NOTICE-FIREARMS SPRINGVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT The Springville City Police Department has firearms which have been lost/found, taken into custody and abandoned, or ordered forfeited by court. Reasonable attempts have been made to contact the owners where applicable. SPD will host a Silent Gun Auction on Thursday, May 23, 2019; between the hours of 10am-2pm. The auction will take place at the Springville Police Department, 110 South Main St., Springville, Utah. Bidding will be for the entire 'Lot', which includes: - 20 firearms (rifles, shotguns, revolvers, pistols) - 1 scope Items will NOT be sold separately. All items are sold 'as is'. In order to bid on firearms, you must hold and provide a current FFL license in your name/business name and return to SPD a sealed bid by Tuesday, May 28, 2019. Sale will go to the highest bidder who will then have until Thursday, May 30, 2019 to provide payment.
