Description/Agenda: To transfer $17,000 from the Water Fund to the General Fund's Capital Project Fund. The $17,000.00 is 44% of the Water Fund Budget. The funds will be used to pay for making the old post office into public restrooms. The Town doesn't have sufficient funds in the general fund to pay for this project. By making this public restroom the Town will save money by not opening the community center for every event at the bowery.
