COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) SECOND PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Mt. Pleasant City Council will hold a Public Hearing to discuss the project determined to be applied for in the CDBG Small Cities Program in Year 2019. The Aspen Village Subdivision Water Line Improvements project. Within the Subdivision the project will improve the culinary water system, and update and install additional fire hydrants. Comments will be solicited on project scope, implementation, and its effects on residents. The hearings will begin at May 24 at 12 noon and will be held in the City Council room at 115 West Main Street, Mt. Pleasant. Further information can be obtained by contacting Mt. Pleasant City at 462-2456. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during these hearings should notify Jeanne Tejada at 115 West Main, Mt.
