Description/Agenda

The Town of Hideout hereby provides notice pursuant to Utah Code § 11-36a-502 and Utah Code § 11-36a-504 of its intent to: (1) adopt an Impact Fee Facilities Plan; and (2) adopt an Impact Fee Enactment. An Impact Fee is the payment of money imposed upon new development activity as a condition of development approval and is used to mitigate the impact of the new development on public infrastructure. If the Impact Fee Enactment is adopted, persons developing property within the Town of Hideout may be required to pay an Impact Fee prior to, or in connection with, such development activity. The Hideout Town Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday May 23, 2019, at 6:00 P.M., at the Hideout Town Hall located at 10860 N. Hideout Trail, Hideout, Utah 84036. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive input and comment from the public and for the Town Council to consider approval of the Impact Fee Facilities Plan and adoption of an Impact Fee Enactment. All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. Copies of the proposed Impact Fee Facilities Plan the proposed Impact Fee Enactment will be available at the Hideout Town Hall beginning ten (10) days prior to the hearing identified above. Comments and Objections In addition to appearing at the hearing, any interested owner of real property within the Town of Hideout may submit written comments, feedback, or objections to the Town Council not later than Wednesday May 22, 2019 at 12:00 Noon. Comments should be mailed or delivered to the Town Clerk at 10860 N. Hideout Trail, Hideout, Utah 84036. All written comments filed with the Town Clerk will be provided to the Town Council Prior to the Hearing.
