Notice is hereby given that the Myton City Council will hold its regular meeting Tuesday, May 14, 2019 in the Council room of the Myton City Hall, which meeting will begin at 6:30 P.M. This meeting may or may not be conducted electronically via telephone. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Roll call. 2. Reading & approval of minutes of previous meeting(s). 3. Public Comment. 4. Chayston Bastian - Eagle Scout Project Action and Discussion. 5. Civco Engineering - Update and Decision on Highway 40 Lighting Project. 6. Michael Fenn - Discussion and Action on RV Parking for Myton Daze. 7. Public Hearing Preliminary Budget for 2019 -2020. 8. City Departmental Reports on the last month's activities Ronnie Young - Maintenance - Discussion and Action on Super Clean Car Wash Collector Alan Allred - Fire Department - Application from C Williams - Incident Report from April 19, 2019 (Closed Executive Session?) Kalecia Fowler - Constitutional Defense Fund Remaining Balance 9. Closed Executive Session - 52-4-205(c) and (d)(ii) Strategy Session to discuss pending, reasonably imminent and ongoing litigation, water rights or shares (if needed). 10. Closed Executive Session - 52-4-205 (1)(a) Discussion of the Character, Professional Competence, or Physical or Mental Health of an individual(s) (if needed). 11. Approval and signing of checks 12.
