- Request for Proposal City of South Salt Lake Annual Audit Services The City of South Salt Lake is accepting proposals for annual audit services. The principal items of work are to provide an audit of, and report on, the annual financial statements in accordance to all federal, state, GASB, and other authoritative guidance. Also included is an audit of the expenditure of federal funds based on the Uniform Guidance for the year ending June 30, 2019. A detailed listing of background information, objective and scope of work, report requirements, proposal qualification requirements, proposer's qualifications, evaluation of proposals, and submission of proposal requirements may be obtained on the Utah Public Notice Website, SciQuest or by contacting the City Recorder's Office. Sealed responses will be accepted in the Recorder's Office at 220 E. Morris Ave, South Salt Lake City, UT 84115, until 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 30, 2019. Bids received after 3:00 p.m. will not be considered. There will be an optional pre-proposal meeting held on Wednesday, May 22nd at 3:00 p.m. at the South Salt Lake City Hall Council Chambers, 220 East Morris Ave., 2nd Floor, South Salt Lake, UT, to allow for questions and clarification. The City of South Salt Lake reserves the right to reject any or all proposals submitted and to request additional information from all responders.
