NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold its regularly scheduled Meeting on Wednesday, January 5, 2011 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, beginning at 7:00 p.m. Gunnison City, Utah Council Business 1) American Legion – Mark Pickett 2) Youth City Council – Discuss Local Officials Day at the Legislature January 26, 2011 3) Update on replacing Water Meters – Water Supervisor Donald Childs 4) Swimming Pool Committee- Council Member Brian Jensen 5) Presentation, Review and Discussion of Main Street Beautification Design Plans 6) City Hall Construction Review of Punch List, Warranty Items and remaining issues 7) Economic Development Committee Development – Appointment of Members 8) Update on Gunnison City Website 9) Maintenance on City Hall Heating/Cooling, Follow up on Warranty items. 10) Proposed Approval of Ordinance 2011-1 City Council Meeting Schedule 11) Approve Minutes from City Council Meeting for Wednesday December 2, 2010, open session and Wednesday, December 22, 2010, open and closed session 12) Identification of Items to be included on Future Agendas 13) Approve Bills and Adjustments 14) Closed Session 15) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice.
