Consideration for and adoption of a Parameter Resolution authorizing the issuance of Street Improvement Revenue Bonds of Koosharem Town, Sevier County, Utah and calling of a public hearing to receive input with respect to the issuance of such Bonds and any potential impact to the private sector from the construction of the Project 4.
