Description/Agenda: CITY OF SANTA CLARA PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF WORKERS COMPENSATION RFP Santa Clara City is seeking bids from qualified workers compensation insurance providers to provide coverage and perform services to the City. Services include competitive workers compensation insurance, including training and loss prevention support. If you are interested in submitting a proposal, information on the Request for Proposals and Guidelines for Preparing Proposals can be obtained from Chris Shelley, City Recorder, 2603 Santa Clara Drive, Santa Clara UT 84765, 435-673-6712 The deadline for submitting proposals is May 28, 2019 by close of business (5:00 pm). Santa Clara City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and to negotiate or waive minor informalities in the bids, at the City's best interest.
