- Eagle Mountain City Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Eagle Mountain City Council will conduct public hearings on May 21, 2019 at 7:00 P.M. in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers located at 1650 E. Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah. The hearings are for: - The Eagle Heights Village Master Development Plan, a proposed 294 duplex-unit development located on approximately 51.38 acres at 2600 E Eagle Mountain Boulevard (Parcel 59:018:0037) - Development Code amendments in Titles 6, 16 and 17 including but not limited to the Residential Zone, Animals and Sign Code. The materials for the proposed items may be reviewed on the City website within three days of the meeting. For more information please contact the Planning Department at (801) 789-6617.
