- NOTICE OF DATE, TIME, PLACE AND AGENDA The Minersville Town Council will hold a regular Council Meeting Monday May 6th, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. at the Minersville Town Hall. A budget work meeting will be held at 4:30 before the Council meeting for the Council and Town Clerk to go over some pre-budget planning. The following is the agenda Mayor will open the meeting stating time and date: 1. Approve minutes from the April 15, 2019 Council Meeting 2. Scott Albrecht: Multi-use Facility 3. Andrea Johnson: Recreation league equipment purchase. 4. Brandon Davis: Clinic, Town clean up, Salary scale 5. Pay Bills 6. Mayors minute 7. Other Business: Employee letter to council Information on insurance for bounce houses Information on CDBG income survey Notice: The Town Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of '52-4-204 and '52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended OLD BUSINESS: 1. Spring improvements 2. ATV route 3. Clearing trees at bridge 4. Fire House
