- PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Vernon Town Council will hold a Public Hearing and its regular meeting on Tuesday, 14 May 2019, at 7:30 PM at the Vernon Fire Station, 325 S. Main Street, Vernon, Utah. The agenda shall be as follows: Public Hearing: Proposed Ordinance Amending the Policies and Procedures For the Number of Internment of Persons Per Lot in Vernon Cemeteries. 1. Approve the minutes of 2 April 2019 Town Council meeting. 2. Consideration of Ordinance Amending the Policies and Procedures for the Number of Internment Of Persons Per Lot in Vernon Cemeteries. 3. Sheriff's Office 4. Review applications for the position of Vernon Town Clerk. 5. Town Elections - filing dates 6. Review Town Budget for 2019-2020 and set public hearing. 7. Reports/Commissions/Committees: Chuck Mannino: Emergency Management Vernon Waterworks Special District Darrell Holden: Park and Recreation/Tables & Chairs rental 4th of July - committee/theme Vernon Elementary Committee Treasurer John Olson: Cemetery Animal Control Dennis Clark: Road/ Signs/Snow Removal Contract/Salt for roads Telecommunications Beehive Telephone excavation Ambulance Town Website Rodney Manzione: Fire Department/Training/Homeland Grant Bylaws Burn Permit Application Veterans Memorial Planning Commission 8. Council of Governments 9. Approve payment of Town bills 10. Adjourn
