- NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE MAY 9, 2019 Notice is hereby given that the Development Review Committee (DRC) of Springville will consider the following items on THURSDAY, MAY 9, 2019 in Conference Room #217 of the Springville City Civic Center, 110 South Main. The meeting will commence at 9:00 A.M. Members of the Springville City Development Review Committee will meet for a closed briefing of the agenda items at 8:30 A.M. in the Springville City Civic Center.

The agenda for the Open Session meeting will be as follows: 1. 9:00 A.M. - David Simpson seeking final approval for Canyon Springs, Plat B located in the area of 600 West 900 South. 2. 9:20 A.M. - Bach Homes seeking final approval for the Meadows at Jessie's Brook-Phase 2 located in the area of 1200 South 1100 West. SPECIFIC TIMES LISTED FOR EACH AGENDA ITEM ARE APPROXIMATE The City will provide reasonable accommodations for anyone attending this meeting.
