- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Cedar Fort Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on the 7th of May 2019 at 7:00 p.m., at the Cedar Fort Town Hall, 50 East Center, Street, Cedar Fort, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: 1. Town Budget for the Fiscal Year 2019-20, 2. Culinary Water Connections within 1,000 ft of Water System, 3. Establishment of a Water Impact Fee, and 4. Utility Placement Underground. The Public is Invited to Participate in all Public Hearings. Pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations for this meeting should notify the Town Clerk (Cara Lyon 768-2147 or clerk@cedarfort.town) at least 24 hours prior to this meeting. PUBLISHED IN THE DAILY HEARLD April 25, 2019.
