Description/Agenda: Pursuant to Utah Code 10-3-301, The Town of Cedar Fort hereby gives notice the following municipal offices will be voted on in the 2019 Municipal Election: Council Member Seat A - 4 year term Council Member Seat B - 4 year term Terms are expiring for Council Member Christopher Whiting and Council Member Laura Ault. A person seeking to become a candidate for municipal town office shall file a declaration of candidacy, in person with the Town Clerk. Any resident of the Town of Cedar Fort may nominate a candidate for municipal town office by filing a nomination petition with the Town Clerk. These may be filed on June 3 through June 7, 2019, between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Regular Office hours are Tuesday from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm. If filing outside of these times, please call for an appointment (801) 768-2147
