- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Blue Sky Ranch Special Exception 27649 Old Lincoln Highway Parcel: NS-86, ~310.0 acres Public notice is hereby given that the Summit County Council, in accordance with section 11-4-11 of the Eastern Summit County Development Code, will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly take action regarding a proposed Special Exception. The public hearing will be held: Wednesday, May 22, 2019 Beginning at 6:00 p.m. Summit County Courthouse Council Chambers 60 North Main Street, Coalville, Utah, 84017 The applicant is requesting a Special Exception to create a new bypass road that will bypass the High West Distillery at Blue Sky Ranch and is requesting that the road be allowed to be graded to a maximum grade of 14%, 4% grade for the first 53 feet at the intersection, and over 8% grade for 560 feet. The proposed road design does not comply with the grade requirements outlined in the Eastern Summit County Development Code.
