Public notice is hereby given that the Summit County Council, in accordance with section 11-4-11 of the Eastern Summit County Development Code, will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly take action regarding a proposed Special Exception. The public hearing will be held:

The applicant is requesting a Special Exception to create a new bypass road that will bypass the High West Distillery at Blue Sky Ranch and is requesting that the road be allowed to be graded to a maximum grade of 14%, 4% grade for the first 53 feet at the intersection, and over 8% grade for 560 feet. The proposed road design does not comply with the grade requirements outlined in the Eastern Summit County Development Code.
