Bown, Kathi Williams ANNUAL BUDGET MEETING to go over our Town Budget We proceeded to go over the individual categories. We talked about the Road fund and it being in a PTIF fund for now and can only be used for Road Projects. We agreed on the Total Revenue. Then we started going through the Expenditures. Don't discontinue the Animal Control, just transfer to another account. We will see what we can do with that account. We need to consider raising the water hook-up. Our cost has gone up and we need to look at raising the fee. We need to put an amount into Capital projects. Also we need to talk to Rocky Mountain Power about doing the lights for the town. They will help us to get new lights around town to improve our Streetlights. The Budget was finished. We will put it all together and get back together to pass It with the Public at a later date. Patricia makes a motion to close meeting. Brandon seconded the motion. All agreed! Close meeting at 9:07pm
