- NOTICE OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE EPHRAIM CITY CEMETERY BOARD EPHRAIM CITY BLDG, 5 SOUTH MAIN, EPHRAIM UTAH MAY 08, 2019, 3:30 PM Notice is hereby given that the Ephraim City Cemetery Board will hold a regular meeting on the 8th day of May 2019, which meeting shall begin promptly at 3:30 PM. The Agenda shall be as follows: CEMETERY BOARD AGENDA 1. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM 4-10-19 MEETING 3. MEMORIAL DAY ASSIGNMENT REVIEW (HANDOUT) 4. ACCOUNTING OF FLAG DONATIONS & VETERANS HONORED 5. NAMES OF VETERANS BURIED FROM MAY 2018 TO MAY 2019 6. CITIZENS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ON VETERANS BURIAL 7. STATUS OF NEW BOARD MEMBERS 8.
