Description/Agenda: CITY OF WEST HAVEN * NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER A REQUEST FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR ATV/UTV SERVICE AND REPAIR BUSINESS AT 2004 PAINTER LANE WEST HAVEN, UT * PUBLIC HEARING : The Planning Commission of West Haven City, Utah will hold a Public Hearing on the 22nd Day of May, 2019 in the Commission Chambers at 4150 South 3900 West, West Haven, Utah at the hour of 6:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible, to consider a request for a conditional use permit for a ATV/UTV service and repair business at 2004 Painter Lane All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard.
