Closed Session pursuant to the provisions of the Utah State Code, Section 52-4-205(a) for the purpose of discussing the Character/Professional Competence/Physical/Mental Health of an individual. 5. Call for next meeting agenda items 6. Adjournment This facility is wheelchair accessible and handicap parking is available.
