Description/Agenda: The Wales Town Planning & Zoning Committee has received application from the Wales Town Fire Department for a conditional use permit, to construct a new public safety building (fire station) at 50 East 200 North in Wales, UT. A public hearing to discuss granting the proposed conditional use permit will be held on Tuesday, 21 May 2019, at the Wales Town Hall, located at 150 N State St in Wales. The Planning & Zoning Committee meeting convenes at 7:00 PM and the hearing will begin shortly thereafter.
