PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the County Council of Wasatch County will hold a WORK session in the Council Chambers in the County Administration Building, 25 North Main, Heber City, Utah, commencing at 3:00 PM, 05/08/2019. Presentation Planning JSPA/RSPA History Up Date-Doug Smith 2. Presentation by representatives of the DNR (Department of Natural Resources) regarding a 700+ acre parcel located in the Jordanelle basin and owned by the DNR. The property is located east of the Tuhaye development and north of Highway 32 and Rock Cliff campground in Section 26, Township 2 South, Range 5 East. -Doug Smith 3. Discussion on the Benloch Ranch development located on Highway 32 west of the Victory Ranch development. The discussion is on the current proposal for the property in relation to the previously approved master plans and the calculation for the density. -Doug Smith 4.
