NOTICE AND AGENDA SOUTH OGDEN CITY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND RENEWAL AGENCY BOARD MEETING TUESDAY, MAY 7, 2019 - 6:00 P.M. Notice is hereby given that the South Ogden City Community Development and Renewal Agency Board will hold a meeting on, Tuesday, May 7, beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 3950 So. Adams Avenue, South Ogden, Utah. Any member of the board may be joining the meeting electronically. I. CALL TO ORDER - Chairman Russell Porter II. CONSENT AGENDA A. Approval of April 16, 2019 CDRA Minutes B. Set Date for Public Hearings (June 18, 2019 at 6 pm or as soon as the agenda permits) to Receive and Consider Comments on the Following Items: 1. Amendments to the FY2019 CDRA Budget 2. FY2020 Proposed CDRA Budget III. DISCUSSION/ACTION ITEMS A. Consideration of CDRA Resolution 19-06, Approving a Purchase Agreement with Heinrich Properties for Community Center Subdivision (Old City Hall/Senior Center properties) IV. ADJOURN Posted and faxed to the Standard Examiner May 3, 2019 The undersigned duly appointed Community Development and Renewal Agency Board Secretary hereby certifies that a copy of the foregoing notice and agenda was posted in three public places within the South Ogden City limits on May 3, 2019. These public places being: the State of Utah Public Notice Website, the Municipal Center (1st and 2nd floors), and on the City's website (southogdencity.com).
