Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a Planning Commission meeting in the City Council Chambers, 175 East 200 North, St George, Utah, on Tuesday, May 7, 2019, commencing at 5:00 p.m.

Consider a zone change amendment for 'Silverhawk Townhomes.' Generally located north of Dinosaur Crossing Drive and west of 2200 East Street on approximately 1.27 acres. Case No. 2019-ZCA-017. (Staff - Carol Davidson)
2. FINAL PLAT (FP)
Consider a twenty-one (21) lot residential final subdivision plat for 'Blackhawk Townhomes Phase 2.' Located at 1001 W Curly Hollow Dive and the property is zoned R3 (Multiple Family). The representative is Brandon Anderson, Rosenberg Associates. Case No. 2019-FP-014 (Staff - Wes Jenkins)
3. AMENDED FINAL PLAT (FPA)
Consider an amended residential subdivision plat for 'Lots 38 and 39 of the Highlands at Green Valley Phase 1.' Located at 661 and 673 South Rainier Drive, this request is to adjust the lot lines between Lots 38 and 39 to match the block wall that was built on the ground. The property is zoned R-1-10 (Single Family Residential 10,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size). Case No. 2019-LRE-006 (Staff - Wes Jenkins)
