Disclosures/conflicts 2. Discussion and potential action items a. Discuss & consider approval of the minutes for January 9, 2019. b. Discuss and approval of Recommendation re RAP Tax Application Form and Process; and Recommendation Transmittal c. Discuss & consider approval of Recommendations re Best Ways to Implement Arts Master Plan d. Additional items from the Chair / Vice Chair. 3. Reports a. Follow-up on Arts Commission presence on website b. Next meeting: June 12, 2019 at 5 pm c. Items to be placed on future agendas i. Continue discussion of one percent for the arts funding ii. Continue discussion of student art exhibit-competition 4. Adjournment Ivins City will make efforts to provide reasonable accommodation to disabled members of the public in accessing City programs.
