- Huston Robinson will be presenting plans to put up a garage on 215 West 200 North.
- Valerie Draper will be presenting plans to add on to the dwelling on 383 North 5th East.
- Richard Price will be turning in his application for a business license to conduct a trenching business.
- Clark Olsen will be presenting plans to put a garage on 175 N. Main.
- Mike Pierce will be turning in a application for his dwelling to become a Short Term Rental on 34 Hog's Back Drive.
- Kevin Horrocks would like to present plans for a garage on 360 Bayview Drive.
- The Window and Door store out of Green River Wyoming would like to apply for a business license so they can conduct business in Manila.
- Gary Peterson will be presenting plans for a retaining wall at 355 W. 2nd North.
- Discussion on whether the Town should put a cap on STR's.
