DAVIS COUNTY PROPERTY COMMITTEE
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Davis County Property Committee will hold a meeting at the Davis County Administration Building, 61 South Main Street, Room 304B, Farmington, Utah, commencing at 1:30 pm on Monday, May 6, 2019.

Introduction of Commissioner Bob Stevenson and CED Director Kent A. Andersen, as new members of the Davis County Property Committee.
An Easement was granted by Spencer Prince and Tamara J Prince to Davis County for ingress and egress, dated April 5, 2019 and recorded April 5, 2019 as Entry No. 3152374 in book 7235 at page 1265.

Property Located in and/or near Farmington City
Review and determine whether to declare a parcel of real property known as Tax ID 08-076-0122 as surplus property and, if declared surplus property, determine the manner of sale of this parcel of real property. A Request from Dominion Energy has been received.
Property Located in and/or near Bountiful City
Review and determine whether to declare a parcel of real property known as Tax ID 01-201-0119 as surplus property and, if declared surplus property, determine the manner of sale of this parcel of real property.
Property Located in and/or near West Point City
Review and determine whether to grant an easement on a parcel of real property known as Tax ID 12-032-0103.
Review and determine whether to grant an easement on a parcel of real property known as Tax ID 12-037-0092.
Review a request for a partial release of easement Entry No. 595805 on a parcel of property known as Tax ID 14-004-0067.
Review a request to locate a 'Subdivision Locating' sign on a parcel of real property known as Tax ID 12-033-0036.
