- Plymouth 2019 Elections Plymouth Town will have two open Council seats in the upcoming election. Candidates must file a 'Declaration of Candidacy form in person with the Town Recorder. The filling period runs from Monday June 3 through Friday June 7 during regular Town Hours 8:00 - 5:00, Monday - Friday Seats are for Planning/Zoning and Roads maintenance. Candidates for office must: - be a resident of Plymouth Town for at least 12 consecutive months immediately prior to the date of the General Election (11-3-2015) - be a United States citizen - be 18 yrs of age or older - be a registered voter in Plymouth Town
