NOTICE OF HIGHLAND CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING The Highland City Council will hold a public hearing on May 21, 2019 at 7:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Highland City Council Chambers, 5400 West Civic Center Drive, Highland, UT. The City Council receive public comments concerning the following: - Adoption of the Tentative Budget for Fiscal Year 19/20. It is anticipated the final budget for Fiscal Year 19/20 will be adopted on June 18, 2019. - Amendments to Section 3-510 of the Development Code pertaining to total acreage requirements in the Planned Development (PD) District. - A Planned Development District of approximately 2.85 acres named Fairfield Cove located approximately at 10272 N 4800 W which will include retail and 10 residential living units. - A Planned Development District of approximately 115 acres named Ridgeview located approximately at 9900 N on North County Boulevard which will include retail and 699 residential living units. THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS.
