- The River Heights City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to discuss changes to the city code, in regards to zone regulations, weeds, airbnbs, dog licensing, etc. Copies of the proposed ordinance changes are attached. Written comment can be addressed to Commissioner Cindy Schaub and will be accepted up until noon on the date of the meeting.
