- HOOPER CITY 5580 W. 4600 S. Hooper, UT 84315 Budget Work Meeting May 7, 2019 The Hooper City Council will be holding a budget work meeting on Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at the City office. Those that may need special accommodation to participate in the meeting please call the city at 801-732-1064 24 hours in advance and they will try to accommodate.
