- Eagle Mountain City Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Eagle Mountain Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on May 14, 2019 at 6:00 P.M. in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers located at 1650 E. Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah. The hearing is for: - Development Code amendments in Titles 16 and 17 including but not limited to the Residential zone and sign code. The materials for the proposed items may be reviewed on the City website within three days of the meeting. For questions call 801-789-6617.
